We offer chatbot services that are developed and maintained by us or our partners. We make every effort to ensure the services are available and function correctly; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to suspend or limit access to the services at any time and without notice.
Subscriptions
Our services are available via subscription, which can be annual, monthly, or on another basis. Subscription fees may vary based on the chosen plan and other factors as determined by us. Clients are responsible for paying subscription fees according to the selected plan and agreed payment schedule.
Usage
Clients are responsible for using the services in a responsible and lawful manner. Clients shall not use the services to infringe on others’ rights, including intellectual property rights, or to send or post illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
Clients are also prohibited from attempting to bypass or interfere with the security or performance of the services.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to the services are owned by the company or our partners. Clients may only use the services in accordance with these terms and have no rights to copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit the services without written permission from us or our partners.
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company nor our partners are liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or revenue, that may arise from the use or availability of the services.
Google API Policy
Lovelyflows’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other applications will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the requirements for limited use. Note that apps distributed on Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
